CompliDesk Ireland is operated by Kainos Consultants Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 46 678 061 535, ACN 678 061 535), trading as CompliDesk ("CompliDesk", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the CompliDesk Ireland website, the waitlist, demo requests, and any free or promotional early access to the CompliDesk Ireland platform we may grant before commercial launch ("Early Access"). Full subscription terms will be published when paid plans launch.

CompliDesk Ireland is compliance software being built for Irish designated persons / obliged entities ahead of the application of Regulation (EU) 2024/1624 (the AMLR) on 10 July 2027. The website currently provides information, a waitlist, downloadable resources, and demo booking. Features described on this site reflect our development plans and may change before launch.

CompliDesk is a tool, not an adviser. Nothing on this website or in the platform constitutes legal, tax or compliance advice. Using CompliDesk does not guarantee that your firm meets its obligations under the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Act 2010, the AMLR, or any supervisor’s requirements. You remain solely responsible for your firm’s compliance, including registrations, customer due diligence, reporting, and the judgement applied to every decision. We recommend engaging a qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

Where we offer free or founding-member promotional access: - It is provided "as is" during the pre-launch period, for evaluation and readiness purposes. - We may set fair-use limits and may modify or end the promotion with reasonable notice. - Pricing shown for future paid plans is indicative until commercial launch; founding-member pricing terms will be confirmed in writing when offered. - No payment details are taken for free access.

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy, with waitlist and demo data stored in the EU (AWS Dublin). When the platform launches, customer firms will act as data controllers for their client data and CompliDesk as processor, under a Data Processing Agreement made available at sign-up.

All content on this website — text, design, templates, checklists and downloadable resources — is owned by or licensed to CompliDesk. Downloadable resources are provided for your firm’s internal use and may not be resold or republished without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the website or any Early Access — including attempting unauthorised access, probing or disrupting the service, scraping at scale, submitting false information, or using the service to infringe any law or third-party right.

The platform includes AI-assisted screening and analysis. AI outputs are decision-support only, may contain errors, and must be reviewed by a qualified person at your firm before being relied upon. No compliance decision is made solely by automated means.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompliDesk excludes all liability for loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this website, its content, or any free Early Access — including indirect or consequential loss — except for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or excludes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

The website and any Early Access are provided without uptime commitments during the pre-launch period. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service while in development.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may leave the waitlist or ask us to delete your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
